Complete brand identity for a creative services and artist management company in the music industry. From strategy to a 33-page brandbook.
Mars Music operates in the A&R space — artist management, creative direction, and content strategy. They needed a full visual identity built from zero: logo, color system, typography, brand guidelines. Everything documented and ready to apply across digital and print.
The brand had to communicate credibility in the music industry while reflecting a forward-thinking, culture-driven positioning.
We started with the brand foundations — defining purpose, vision, and four core values (Exploration, Identity, Direction, Impact) before moving into any visual work. These became the framework for every design decision.
The name led us toward a cosmic visual direction. We developed a color system based on space-inspired references: Orbit Orange, Solar Red, Cosmic Violet, Nebula Magenta. Each color has defined use cases and gradient pairings documented in the brandbook.
For the logo, we created a primary version with texture detail and a simplified gradient version for digital use at smaller scales. Both were tested across dark and light backgrounds.
A 33-page brandbook covering brand strategy, logo system with multiple variants, core and secondary color palettes, gradient combinations, typography hierarchy, and visual direction guidelines. Delivered as a structured document the client's team can reference for any application.
